How to get avatar and username via client id?

I don't want to specify the user in the arguments. It is enough for me to specify the client's id in the command, as well as the received name and user's avatar to insert into the embed message.

Please note that although Bot is a descendant of Client and also has this method, a number of things are not available to bot accounts in principle.
