How to get Apple Pay, Samsung Pay? What are they generally eaten with? What are the commissions? Are they worth it?
The question is not necessarily about obtaining card data specifically from the Russian Federation and linking to a bank account in the Russian Federation.

This is just a way to record a bank card on a smartphone. If there is an application on your smartphone, then you simply link a card there and pay.
