I am writing a bot for a telegram, one of the functions is to receive a user's photo and download it for further use (for example, save it as a user id and send it when needed) I
found a method, get_user_profile_photosbut as I understand it is not compatible with get_file
Or maybe I don't understand something. Tell me please
