How to get an eternal token for VK?

According to the instructions on https://vk.com/dev/first_guide , I decided to make myself an *eternal* token so as not to change it every other time. I entered a link in the browser of the following type: https://oauth.vk.com/blank.html#access_token=TOKEN... scope=offline
I wrote a simple program that displays a list of online friends, but after a while everything stopped working - it passed even less than a day.
Got the token again, set scope=offline again. Everything worked.
Maybe I made a mistake somewhere? *didn’t change the password, didn’t exit, etc.*

I read somewhere that the token is tied to ip
Maybe the address has changed over time?
