How to get all values from qcombobox in pyqt5?

Let's say I have a dictionary:

{
  "Машины": ["lada", "nisan"],
  "Животные": ["Лев", "пантера"]
}

When I catch the selection of the 2nd list, for example - Lion, then I get the value Lion without what it refers to, and this is ANIMALS

How can I get this value when choosing a combobox?
