How to get all group members?

Good day
On the site we see that there are 26784 members in the group # 53038939046008 ( ok.ru/apiok) . I get these members using the api method group.getMembers, count = 100.
Each time returns an array with 80 - 95 members.. As a result, I get 25860 members. What to do with it?

At a minimum, blocked users are filtered - one of the reasons why less than the requested number may be returned.
Do nothing about it, those that are returned to you are those available that you can work with.
