How to get all followers on insta?

Using the /v1/users/user_id/followed-by method, I get the subscribers from the user, but it displays only 20. How to get all? It also returns such a thing as next-url - as I understand it, after switching to it, it should get the next subscribers, but I don’t understand how to implement it.
Insta has already changed its logic several times and there is nothing in Google in fact.
