How to get active tab url from popup in safari extension?

I need to get the url of the active tab in the safari extension in contentScript and in popup.
document.location.href and safari.application.activeBrowserWindow.activeTab.url don't work
Also I need to authorize user in popup but safari doesn't pass cookies from popup how to do it?
document.cookie is empty
There is no particular documentation for Safari, I searched, there is nothing
