How to get access token vk without binding to ip?

Good time of the day. I started to study api VKontakte, in parallel I saw a simple messenger without using vk sdk. I use simple client authorization. Faced such a problem: when changing the ip-address, the access_token becomes invalid, and you have to re-enter the login password. How can this be fixed? Thanks in advance

It is necessary to do authorization with offline rights , then access_token will not be bound to ip and will be indefinite.
Of course, such an access_token is not eternal. It will stop working if the user changes the password or denies the app access in settings .
