How to get access_token via rails console?

Can you please tell me if it is possible to get the VKontakte access token exclusively through the console on the server side, somehow bypassing the opening of the OAuth authorization dialog? If possible, how can this be done?

It's not just that VK does not allow you to do this ... It is the end user of your application that should go to the VK API in this mode.
And purely technically - if only to emulate the browser. PhantomJS some or similar.
