The idea arose to develop a mobile application for accessing the electronic diary of a schoolchild dnevnik.ru.
Requested access to api.dnevnik.ru ( here at the very bottom there is an e-mail for communication with the developers of the diary).
In a mild form, I received a refusal, motivated by the fact that my application will compete with the mobile application of the developers of the electronic diary.
To what extent is it legal to refuse to provide access to the API?
