How to get a refund for an adobe subscription?

Here is such a thing. I wanted to buy a subscription to adobe creative cloud photoshop cc for a month, registered, logged in and bought, but after I bought, a list of software appeared in creative cloud that I can download, yes, there was photoshop, but it was demo version, that is, my money went to the wind.
I can’t find where to get the key, so I’m thinking how to cancel the subscription, since I haven’t activated it yet. Who has already encountered this or maybe knows how to return and cancel a subscription, write. And do not write why I bought both.
