How to get a real OK user ID instead of an in-game one to create a retargeting list in MyTarget?

My Target allows you to upload lists of Odnoklassniki user IDs in order to remarket them, but here's the problem: well-known OK SDK API methods give a unique in-game ID, instead of a user ID.
(methods users.getCurrentUser / getLoggedInUser ).
This makes remarketing impossible, impressions do not go.
Please tell me possible ways to solve the problem.
