How to get a palette of 50 colors?

Good afternoon! A non-trivial task for me: You
need to get a palette of 50 colors that would correspond (approximately) to the color of the surface above sea level.
For example: The
hills of the mountains are white, and this is the top of the palette, white, below the mountains are rocky, possibly dark brown, even below the lawns, vegetation. As a result, you need as many as 50 flowers (from water underground to the hills of the mountains). Maybe there is somewhere such a wonderful set of flowers or in pieces?)
