How to get a list of Vkontakte posts by hashtag by the server (without user intervention)?

I would like to receive a list of all posts with the specified vkontakte hashtag(s) every 5 minutes by krone.
Can it be done?
I tried authorization of the application server, but it does not work with the https://vk.com/dev/newsfeed.search method.
In my prom, people have to post a photo with a hashtag on their wall. I need to get these posts with the number of likes.

You can get a perpetual (offline) token for 1 user (for example, for yourself) and use it to receive a list at any convenient time. More details - vk.com/dev/permissions.
