How to get a list of objects on the map, which zone includes an address?

Please tell me how to solve this problem.
It is necessary to store objects and their position on the map, and the zone (delivery) designated to them.
Further, when specifying the street and house, get from the base those objects that serve such a zone.
It seems to me the task is trivial, to get the coordinates at the address, and check whether they are included in the layer. But when there are many layers, what to do? Well, I don’t quite understand what to store in the database then, if the layer coordinates for each object, then how to check the entry?
To solve such a problem, only google is needed, yandex, unfortunately, is not suitable.
