How to get a list list of photos from an album?

Hello everyone, I know that to get the list you need to use photos.get, but I just can’t figure out the little nuances. Would it be correct to just write photos = vkapi.photos.get(owner_id='-...', album_id='-...', count=1000, offset='...') and get this list? Why is my album_id 00? What should be in offset?
