How to get a link to a photo in a dialog (Long Polling)?

The photo was uploaded in a dialog, meaning it is private.
The response from the Long Poll server contains the photo id:

[4,196,529,253924572,1521466065,"",{"attach1_type":"photo","attach1":"253924572_456239034","title":" ... "}]

If I make a request with the recipient's token and photo ID, I get an access denied error.
