How to get a job in 1C without education?

I am a student who decided to try his hand at 1C programming.
Now I am studying the developer's practical guide (Khrustalev) and PROGRAMMING IN 1C - IN 9 STEPS (Nizamutdinov I.I.), plus the course of Gilev's videos.
Almost all vacancies require either students or graduates of IT specialties, but I will only have a crust about a completed higher medical degree.
Should I get a 1C Platform Specialist certificate? A couple of my comrades told me that they give tests when applying for a job, but I'm afraid that if I don't have a paper on IT education, then the question of my consideration will not even arise.
