How to get a heroku dump in sql?

I need to get a postgres dump from heroku, but I get it in .dump, how can I extract the sql? I checked all the answers on the Internet on this topic, I could not figure it out, alas, I did it through the intelij idea terminal, it gives different errors. mainly related to the fact that no such command was found
