How to get a file in a directory one level higher?

what is "campukter"?
about the hierarchy:
we have such a structure
css + js + img + index.html , inside each folder there are files style.css app.js + in the img folder there are many pictures
in css, we turn like this
../img/img name
if the structure is style.css img folder js folder and index.html then url will be
img/image name
