How to get a dual-sim "Android"?

How in Russia now to get an Android smartphone that supports two SIM cards (for real, so that both can be online at the same time)? Or, in extreme cases, a smartphone with a different OS, but on which Android can really be installed? Otherwise, how is it on the used market? Well, or, if not at all, then at least what can be expected or hoped for in this regard in the next year or two?
Theoretically, there is Sciphone N21 / General Mobile DSTL1 / RoverPC Twin, but I have not yet found it for sale anywhere and there is a bad suspicion that I will not find it. Last year there were rumors that Motorola was preparing a Zeppelin model; as I understand it, it came out in the spring under the name Quench and only in a single-symbol version. Finally, again, it has been rumored for a long time that the Android firmware will appear for the Gigabyte GSmart S1205, but it seems that things have not progressed here.

I'm waiting for this one. As I understand it, android itself is still damp to work with two sim cards. But the Chinese like Sciphone do not want - according to the characteristics, as always, everything is delicious, but in use - everything is bad. he himself once looked at sciphones with android. now I am glad that I did not buy, but bought a spica.

You won’t even get a SciPhone n21, the production has ended (this is according to the manufacturer - people were looking for spare parts - their touch screen flies after a year of operation).
ps By the way, the device is worthy, and for your money, there are probably no equals, among 2sim. By the way, there is 1.6 and the firmware is being sawn. At least a warez google patch with a market and chips like voice search, google goggle, etc. work.

query Operating System family: Android and Dual Cellular Operation: Parallel operation returns 5 models in total:
* HTC ADR6325 Lexikon (HTC Merge)
* Motorola MING XT806 (Motorola Qilin)
* Samsung SCH-I909 Galaxy S
* Motorola XT800 Zhisang (Motorola Zeppelin)
* General Mobile DSTL1 Imaginary
and only the last two models work with GSM :( at the same time, the motorola does not look very fast (dstl without acceleration, even the video does not pull), although there is hdmi, there is gps ... and most importantly Google Android 2.0 (Eclair)

how do “devay worthy” and “the touch screen flies after a year of operation” are combined with each other? That's what I was talking about: in the specs everything is delicious, in real life it is either poorly implemented or the quality is worthless. at the same time, you have to finish with a file a lot.

As you yourself noticed, there are no NORMAL smartphones with two SIM cards, there are either Chinese 'by weight' or phones (also, by the way, not a very choice).
I can assume that the large 'manufacturers' of phones are tied hand and foot with opsos, through which a fair share of sales of their products pass, which means they most likely do not allow two-SIM devices (this allows consumers to bypass tariff holes, such as those entering on one tariff, outgoing on another, which means that opsos lose money on this).
As an example, I can cite the fact that the opsos were clearly against the introduction of a reprogrammable SIM card for a future version of the iPhone, and as I understand it, apple followed their lead.
So sciphone stands out VERY noticeably among the small selection that is available. High-quality assembly, does not creak, does not play (I personally like the 'faceted brick' design more than the 'smooth soap dish'). The problem with the screen is the only noticeable one (unfortunately, this problem often pops up for many), but not guaranteed, the lack of hardware acceleration of video playback is more noticeable (youtube plays only low quality) and a slow video camera (so much so that we can assume that there is no video camera) . But the rest of the tasks (Internet access, directories, utilities like financisto, simple games, etc.) are quite up to par.
And most importantly, two SIM cards are full-fledged - simultaneous online, holding a call when receiving a call during a conversation, in the call log you can see from which SIM card the call was made (I remember this moment is far from every phone), flexible ringtone settings for SMS and phone for each SIM card , gprs / edge works on both sims (unfortunately not at the same time, including when wifi is turned on, gprs turns off, BUT this is linux, busybox is completely ported and no one bothers to independently raise all connections, configure routing, etc.), there are separate applications for wifi and bluetooth (did not test) tethering ...
PS I do not recommend taking sciphone n21 now, it's better to wait a bit, I do not stop hoping that 2sim devices with android will appear more often, in extreme cases, sciphone had ideas for new versions with gps etc.
