How to get a balance from a bank card?

Good afternoon, I'm thinking about one application, and the question arose of daily synchronization of funds to sum up various kinds of results so that the user does not need to regularly enter the bank balance on the account. How can you synchronize balance credit and debit data from accounts; like how mint.com did it.

Not all banks have this opportunity.
Somewhere there is an API, and somewhere you need to parse your personal account.
