How to get 5 volts from Powerbank Yoobao?
There is a Yoobao powerbank. Without any problems, it allows you to organize power supply for arduino, raspberry, etc.
But if you connect the load to the powerbank's USB output, using only VCC (5VDC) and GND, then the powerbank does not recognize the load (it's probably logical, because I'm not connecting an intelligent device, but consider just a resistive load) and. respectively, after 20-30 seconds it turns off.
How to make the powerbank give out voltage until it is completely discharged?
Tried shorting D+ to D-. The result is the same.
Maybe you need to add some resistors so that the powrbank "thinks" that it powers an ordinary smartphone / iphone?

The presence of a USB device is determined not by shorting D + and D-, but by pulling D + (FullSpeed device) or D- (LowSpeed device) to + 3.3v through a 1.5k resistor. But after that, the powerbank can try to start communicating with the device, I'm not familiar with it. In this case, as an option - connect in parallel the stub of some low-power USB device to give out PID / VID, for example, a controller from a USB keyboard.
ps Closing D+ or D- to 5v may help, but I would be careful and short through a 5..10k resistor
If you isolate D + and D- on the powerbank, then the raspberry still starts on it and works until the batteries are discharged. A simple DPT turns off after 30 seconds.
What kind of "intelligence" is there in this powerbank ... How does it distinguish between loads.
Ps I'll try your ps today..
