How to generate valid certificates for various devices like routers and access points?

There are a number of devices that use the https protocol. What is the correct methodology for generating certificates for them? I am concerned about the following parameters:
1. Free.
2. Validity. Chrome on Windows should not swear at these certificates. As I did not add them to the trusted chrome, I did not accept self-signed certificates.

You don't need to generate anything.
Chrome on Windows is completely in a drum, what certificates do you have on routers and access points.
Chrome on Windows checks the certificate of ONLY THE SITE that the user opens.
For this, this whole canoe with certificates was invented - to make end-to-end encryption between the browser, on the one hand, and the web server, on the other hand. And so that you don’t give a damn about what devices you have in the middle.
