On a clean reinstall of OpenSSH, it only generated the rsa host key. How to generate dsa host key and ecdsa host key?! How to convert DSA OpenSSH private key to Putty DSA private key in Putty and how to convert ecdsa OpenSSH private key to ecdsa putty private key?
