How to generate sitemap.xml with custom section?

How to add your own section to the standard sitemap.xml generation? I have pages that are generated based on hl block elements.

Another solution to this problem could be to replace the generation of the url of the IB sections with your own procedure to insert the url property of the IB element.

Is there any solution or completely do your own generation?
