How to generate PHP classes from "Russian" XSD?

Hello!
There is such an indication of the Bank of Russia, according to which the bank must transfer data in an XML file. The XML file must be validated by the XSD schema . There is a desire to "automagically" generate XSD-compliant PHP classes using xsd2php . However, since the XSD is all in Russian, xsd2php generates for me, respectively, classes with Russian names in the same Russian-named files.
What to do? This is the first time I've come across this. I suspect that this should be the standard situation with the already tested workaround. But I googled it myself and didn't find anything interesting. Any ideas?
