How to generate PDF reports with formulas?

I am making a small calculator (construction calculations). The output should be a PDF report containing, among other things, formulas. And so far it has not been possible to find a library that would do this. For latex rendering, single applications only. With html and mathml it's generally a dark forest.
Now I call the Word file with the report through the interop and re-save it in the pfd. But it works slowly and depends on the Word (batch calculations are in the plans).
Maybe I'm digging in the wrong direction at all?)
