How to generate MySQL tables from existing Yii v1.1.14 models?

There is a project with a lost database, which is written in YII version 1.1.14, you need to restore the database by generating it from existing models using the YII CLI. Is it possible? I am a noob in this framework, is it possible to migrate models to tables from it, as in Python?

It will not work to generate automatically from models. But perhaps there are migrations? Then everything is simple:
