How to generate Google search results for a specific query on your site?

Imagine the situation: the site sends some kind of search query to Google. It is necessary to display on the site page a random search result from the first page of Google (from the first 10 results). At the same time, these should be articles (not videos, not pictures and not sponsored links). I think it's possible to do this, but I don't know how.
Tell me, are there any ways? Perhaps using the Google API? Where can I find such a solution?
PS The site will run on PHP (Laravel) if it matters.

There is an API, there is only one request, it returns JSON, search and find it right away, you can also imitate a client browser with HTTP requests using curl.

I couldn’t find it in the API ... (maybe I didn’t look well)
But here is a completely working option, for example (in the Google search box):
"CMS Joomla!" review|описание|обзор

Didn't find what you were looking for?
