How to generate class from xsd?

Please help me figure it out. I can’t generate classes using xsd.exe
in any way. I think the problem is that the EtranSF.xsd schema has references to other schemas (import schemaLocation="EtranCategories.xsd" and include schemaLocation="Invoice.xsd") I get an
error:
