How to generate a Telegraph page with images from the server?

There is a database deployed on Azure Blob. Access to it is received by a bot, which is located on the VPS.
With the help of aiograph I form Telegraph pages. There are no problems with the text, I just upload it from the necessary files and add it to the aiograph's content, but what should I do with the pictures?
The task is to be able to conditionally download pictures / photos from the server and form Telegraph articles with them.
ps. If not aiograph, then okay, it doesn't matter.

Set the container in which the pictures will be stored public read access.
In the body of the telegraph post, insert a link to the picture.
