How to generate a frequency dictionary on rt index in sphinx?

The frequency dictionary for the disk Index can be generated with the command

indexer myindex --buildstops dict.txt 10000 --buildfreqs

indexer yt sees rt indices, so the question is: How to generate a frequency dictionary in sphinx on rt index?
