How to fully backup an android smartphone and transfer data to another?

I flooded the phone with water - the whole screen is stained, I don’t want to repair it - I already bought a replacement handset. What is the best way to transfer everything to a new handset?
There are just so many things scattered all over the place. And files, and application settings, and phones (some in the phone, others in Google, others are still on the SIM card), notes on sticky notes, etc.

If the phone is from the same company (samsung2samsung), then almost everything is transferred through standard means. If not:
1. Backup data by copy-paste to a computer (these are file types like photos, videos, etc. downloaded)
2. Backup application data via Titanium Backup (such as setting up and saving games and programs)
3. Synchronizing gmail and other accounts (for saving contacts and settings).
4. Saving the list of contacts on the SIM card in a format for transfer (vcf or something like that) for everyone.
Well, then to restore on a new one)
I learned one thing for myself for sure, I won’t change the android to another OS. It is VERY convenient to store data in a google account, where I use both mail and hangouts and inbox, which together is a very convenient system for storing all data + everything is there, and profiles and links and birthdays and notes and a calendar, in short, a whole ecosystem .
