How to freeze a project on HEROKU?

There is an old heroku project that is no longer needed, but it is possible, purely hypothetically, to appear in the future.
Paid addons are installed in it, is it possible to somehow freeze it without deleting the project so that the monthly fee for addons is not charged, or deleting the project is the only way. Thank you in advance for your response.

I think all you need to do is set the dyno and all its add-ons to free and then set Maintenance: On.
