How to frame selected text with tags in Sublime?

Recently learned about this editor. Very interesting in terms of writing a small layout. But I can’t understand how, having selected a part of the text in the editor, you can frame it with tags, suppose . In most editors, there is a hotkey or button in the interface for this.
Where it is possible to rummage in this question?
Thank you!

Tried the solution from Dmitry. Thank you! It also works. But the Tag plugin is not as popular as Emmet , so I will use the Emmet wrapper . In addition, framing in Emmet, as it turned out, has a deeper concept (see ts-soft.ru/blog/emmet )
