How to forward traffic from one openvpv client through another?

There is an openvpn server, two clients are connected to it. How to make sure that all client 1 traffic goes through client 2? I understand that you need to register default gateway, but where and how to register it for vpn?
Client 2 - router on padavan firmware (10.8.0.3)
Client 1 - computer under Windows 10 (10.8.0.2)
openvpn server on ubuntu (10.8.0.1)
