How to forward the Mikrotik port if the address is in another network segment?

Good afternoon. There are two network segments 10.100.0.0/22 and 10.100.8.0/22 Routing and a tunnel are configured. In the first segment, there is an Internet provider with a white address, in the second segment there is a server that needs to be turned over with ports to the outside. I made a netmap on the first router and nothing happened. Everything works inside the network! Through the VPN is also visible. In fact, what did you do wrong?

@Zarom

Don't use netmap . It doesn't work like that!
Use dst-nat .

dst-nat - replaces destination address and/or port of an IP packet to values specified by to-addresses and to-ports parameters
