Help, good people, I've searched the entire Internet.
Internet provider - byfly (Belarus), from them the device is Promsvyaz M200 A, with firmware - W300V3.1.0b_DR0_BY1
On the computer, Open-Server is installed as a web server (of course with Windows 7), in Windows the firewall is disabled in services , the firewall temporarily unloaded, also cut it down in the modem. I tried to enable DMZ, forward specific ports and port ranges - it doesn’t work, I moved apache to another, custom port, everything worked, sites from LAN are visible, as I return to 80th - everything dies. Help, please, some kind of mysticism and no one knows anything (((

The provider may well block individuals from hosting a web server.
