How to forward ports with VLAN?

Connection scheme
Debian 10 server with Internet access eth0 IP 1.2.3.4
eth1 - internal network 192.168.2.х
eth1.1400 - VLAN (10.10.2.1) <----> OLT with VLAN on which IP 10.10.2.200
Can't to forward port 1.2.3.4:2345 to 10.10.2.200:22
tried everything.
if scheme eth1:0 (10.10.2.1) <---> piece of iron with IP 10.10.2.200 then everything works. With VLAN does not want

@younghacker

ip_forward enabled?
# cat /proc/sys/net/ipv4/ip_forward
Have you looked at iptables/nft forward chains?

Switched on. NAT works.
Rules for all chains iptables ACCESS
This is a test server.
That's just the point, if IP is registered on the network card and on a remote computer on the network card - it works. Only on VLAN I translate - does not work.
