How to forward ports on TL-ER6020?

There was a need to connect the TL-ER6020 set-top box to work with two providers, in case one falls off. The local network is working, inside the office everything is functioning normally. There is a local server IP 192.168.0.110, it is necessary to implement access outside the office, that is, from the Internet.
I also determined and fixed the local IPs for the server 192.168.0.110.
I tried to forward ports through Transmission -> NAT -> Virtual Servers

As a result, when I go through the external IP = the page is not available.
Instructions that I used:

@Gudzera

It's all the fault of the "gray" IP, they connected the static IP service from the provider. Everything worked!

In addition to the comment above, it would be nice to switch the router's face to a non-80th port (either allow connections from outside, or disable the web face altogether). The router can block such connections not from the local area
