How to forward DNS queries from Windows Server DNS to Mikrotik?

There is Mikrotik ( 192.168.100.254 ).
There is a domain controller on which DNS+AD is deployed ( 192.168.100.100 ).
On Mikrotik, I registered statics in the DNS properties ( \ip dns static ). And for client workstations, I registered 192.168.100.100 as the primary DNS , and 192.168.100.254 as the secondary . I tried to ping the name that Mikrotik registered in DNS statics, writes that the node could not be found. Why doesn't the name show up? After all, Mikrotik is indicated as an alternative DNS. I also tried to specify the IP of Mikrotik in the properties of the DNS server on the domain controller in the "Forwarders" tab. But nothing has changed.
Cache and in the DNS server of the domain controller, and on Mikrotik, reset.
Help, please, to understand. How to make the names that I specify in Mikrotik's DNS statics resolve on working machines.
Since DNS works in tandem with AD, I cannot directly register a host in the zone. It remains to prescribe everything in Mikrotik.

DNS in ROS is implemented for show. Use your MS DNS on clients and, as correctly indicated above, configure the forwarders correctly.

Because that's the logic behind the DNS client. It breaks on the primary dns server, which quite correctly answers "we don't know such people". An attempt to resolve the address via a secondary server will only occur if the primary is not available.

In DNS (192.168.100.100) configure external DNS (192.168.100.254).

you need to add a Forwarder - Mikrotik on the windows server in the DNS properties. The
main thing is that Mikrotik does not have windows in the DNS, the loop will be
