How to forward a web port from hilink to another interface in mikrotik?

Good day to all !!!
There is a mikrotik 951ui-2hnd and a 3g modem from MTS interchanged into Hilink The
modem via DHCP distributes the address 192.168.50.100 to mikrotik. The modem web interface address is 192.168.50.1:80. The Internet is, everything is fine. In Mikrotik, it is seen as an lte interface.
Because in such a bundle there is no white ip address, then for remote control mikrotik connects to the vpn server and receives the internal address 10.0.0.15
Accordingly, when I enter the address 10.0. It is necessary that when I access this address, I get to the modem's web interface at 192.168.50.1.
How to forward the 80th port from the lte interface to the vpn interface?
