How to forward a port to the OpenVPN client network on Asus routers?
Good afternoon, I have an Asus router with an openVPN client configured on it. A server is connected to the Lan port of Asus. I need to forward port 22 from the server to the openVPN network, how to do it?
In more detail:
There is a local network with Internet access, in this network there is a "large" router that distributes the Internet, an Asus router is connected to this large router. The cable from the large router is inserted into the Wan of the Asus router.
1. Asus router ip in a large local network 192.168.1.219
2. Asus router creates its own subnet 192.168.5.1
3. Asus router is connected to openVPN server, receives vpn ip 10.10.0.38
4. Asus router is connected to a server to which you want to open access to port 22 for those connected to openVPN.
5. The server receives ip 192.168.5.13 in the subnet of the Asus router
I forwarded the port in the settings of the Asus router, this "forwarding" works, but only half:
Works:
1. I can access the server port through the Asus router's ip 192.168
. web admin panel of the Asus router being in the openVPN network by ip: 10.10.0.38
But when you try to connect to 10.10.0.38:22, nothing happens.
What can be wrong? How to fix it?
