How to forward a port to a server on a different subnet?

The bottom line is this:
There are two servers at the Scaleway provider.
The first one has both dedicated and local ip addresses. Dedicated addresses from the provider are issued through end-to-end NAT, as a result, the eth0 interface on the server has an ip from the local subnet of the form 10.xxx
The second backend server does not have a dedicated address, has a local ip from a different subnet and does not have access to the Internet.
The first and second ping each other, but I can’t forward ports or register the first as a gateway for the second, because there is a lot of other equipment between them.
Please advise how to solve the problem.
