How to forward a port through PfSense and Mikrotik (managed)?

Good day to all
In general, this is the case (this is not the first time I write about this) but it doesn’t work out ...
PfSense gateway needs to be port forwarded on Xeoma software, default IP 92.99.135.143(wan), VLAN is also created (OFFICE), 192.168.1.1 (office employees 192.168.1.2-254 sit through this IP) also this subnet has a server to which port 8090 needs to be forwarded, did everything in PfSense, that is, in Firewall-> Rules I wrote the rule and on WAN and on
VLAN (OFFICE) also registered in NAT, I check for 2ip the port is CLOSED, in Winbox (mikrotik) I also forwarded the port through IP-> Firewall-> NAT, too, all to no purpose ... Most likely I'm doing something wrong , but what I don’t understand ... I’ll
attach screenshots of everything that is below

@Amigo83

This is how forwarding is created from WAN to 192.168.1.12 from external port 4433 to 443.
The rule in FW is created automatically when creating the NAT rule (the option below will be)
