How to format text in Excel?

I get course data from the Internet, I need to format the text so that I can insert it into a row of an Excel table - each value is in an adjacent cell. I tried to put spaces between the values, tabulation, all the same, I don’t paste it through the clipboard - it is inserted into one cell.
How to do what I need? So that through Ctrl + C / Ctrl + V it works as it should.

@GavriKos

Insert a line break. And will divide into cells.
