When I try to format the flash drive, it says that the disk is write-protected. But on the flash drive itself, the write protection is removed, i.e. in theory everything should be formatted. What could be the problem? SanDisk 32 GB flash drive

Is the flash drive alive? Information is read with it, is it seen in cameras / phones, etc.?
