How to format a table in habratopic?

I want to specify a table width of 40% and the same column width - 50% each.
The width="40%" attribute on table, td tags doesn't work. The style="width: 40%" attribute doesn't work either.

No way, habr cuts out all attributes from tags, except for those allowed. Allowed attributes are described where the list of allowed tags is.
